Exclusive St. Patrick's Cocktail

Prep 15 minutes - 3 - 4 servings

Preparation

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. In a blender, blend the water, cucumber, and fennel until completely smooth.
  3. Pour through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag into a jar, and discard the pulp.
  4. Transfer the green juice to a shaker, and add gin creme de menthe and the bitters.
  5. Add a few cubes of ice and give the mix a good shake to chill. Pour evenly between three to four chilled glasses, and finish with Belvoir Cucumber and Mint Lemonade in each glass.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices. Add more ice cubes if desired, and enjoy!

The last few months have been a roller coaster with me. I am figuring out a lot of personal stuff, and unfortunately, we lost my beloved grandma a couple of weeks ago. Therefore I am about to travel back home, to Germany.

Despite the sad circumstances, I hope I can share some exciting insights from Germany with you. I will share a trip summary next Newsletter too.
